What it does
- Adds 100 shock.
- Outside contamination stage three, sets the chemical-poison agent count to zero.
- If stage three is already active, reduces the agent count to the stage-two activation threshold instead.
Relevant conditions
At stage three this is a reduction to an earlier threshold, not a full agent clear.
